Quick & Easy Singapore Noodles

Dan Gilbody

Who loves Singapore noodles? šŸ™‹šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

Whenever I want to whip up something quick and effortless I always go for pasta or noodles! Even at restaurants I go straight to the noodles on the menu šŸ˜‚ they are just heaven!

Hereā€™s the recipe for these tasty noods:

Serves 2

Singapore noodles for two

1 tbsp olive oil

Half bunch of spring onions

2 or 3 cloves garlic

Handful baby spinach

1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 lime juice

Optional - small cube of ginger

1ļøāƒ£ In a pan heat the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and chopped spring onions. If youā€™re using ginger add that now. Mix together as you heat, until onion and garlic softens.

2ļøāƒ£ Add the Singapore noodles (check the packet as these may need to be cooked in boiling water)

3ļøāƒ£ Add the sauce and a couple of tablespoons of water to thin it out slightly. You can adjust the sauce measurements to suit your taste.

4ļøāƒ£ Drizzle with lime juice and add the spinach last. Mix together and cook for a further couple of minutes until spinach is cooked. Divide into bowls and enjoy!
